Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Flutticon — the fluticon.app website, your Flutticon account, and the Flutticon editor. "We", "us", and "Flutticon" refer to the operator of the Flutticon service. Where paid web subscriptions are available, they are billed through our payment provider Paddle as merchant of record. Please read these terms before creating an account or subscribing to a paid plan.

1. Using Flutticon

You may use Flutticon only if you are legally able to agree to these terms — for example, because you are old enough to enter into a binding contract in your country, or because a parent or guardian has agreed to these terms on your behalf.

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity that happens in your account. Give us accurate information and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

2. Your content

You keep all rights to the SVG files, projects, and other material you upload to Flutticon. We do not claim ownership of your content.

To run the service, you grant us a limited license to store, reproduce, and process your uploaded content — for example to convert SVGs into icon fonts, keep projects in sync across your devices, and serve generated assets. Cloud sync is opt-in; content you do not choose to sync is not uploaded to the service by us. The license is limited to operating and providing the service. When content is deleted, we stop processing it as part of the service; how long residual copies are kept depends on our retention practices, which we will describe in our privacy policy.

If you publish content through a public link, anyone with that link can view the shared material. Keep links private unless you want them to be accessible.

3. Acceptable use

When using Flutticon, you agree not to:

  • use the service for any unlawful purpose or to infringe the rights of others;
  • upload content you have no right to use, including material that violates someone else’s intellectual property or privacy;
  • interfere with the service, attempt to gain unauthorized access to it, or impose unreasonable load on our infrastructure;
  • resell, sublicense, or provide paid access to the service to third parties without our written permission.

4. Paid plans, billing, and renewal

Flutticon offers a free plan and paid plans (currently Plus and Pro). Where paid web subscriptions are available, they are sold as recurring subscriptions: the price, billing interval, and any trial terms are shown at checkout before you complete a purchase, and your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel it.

When you buy a paid web subscription, Paddle acts as our merchant of record: Paddle handles checkout, payment processing, invoicing, and applicable taxes, and manages the buyer side of your subscription. We use RevenueCat to track your entitlements, so paid features become available after your payment is confirmed by the checkout.

5. Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel a paid subscription through the Manage subscription option in your Flutticon account settings, which opens the billing portal provided by our payment provider. If that option is unavailable, use the link in your payment confirmation or contact us — availability depends on the payment provider.

Cancelling stops future renewals and is not a refund. You normally keep access to paid features until the end of the billing period you have already paid for; that access can end earlier only if the subscription is refunded or terminated, or if the payment provider interrupts the service.

6. Refunds

Refund requests go through Paddle or directly to us. Whether a refund is granted depends on Paddle’s buyer policies and on the mandatory statutory rights that apply to you, which these terms do not limit.

7. Deleting your account is not cancelling

Deleting your Flutticon account may remove your access and data, subject to our retention practices and legal retention requirements. It does not automatically cancel a paid subscription. Cancel the subscription first (see section 5) so you are not charged for a period you can no longer use.

8. Our intellectual property

The Flutticon name, editor, website, and branding are protected by intellectual property law and remain owned by us. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of the service to you, and nothing affects your rights to your own content (see section 2).

9. Suspension and changes

We may suspend or limit accounts that violate these terms, create legal risk, or fail required payments. Flutticon is actively developed, so we may change or discontinue features. If we make a significant change to the service or to these terms, we will publish the updated terms on this page and give advance notice where possible, handling material changes in accordance with applicable law.

10. Your legal rights

Nothing in these terms limits rights that mandatory consumer protection law grants you, including rights under the laws that apply to the service. Where these terms and mandatory law differ, mandatory law prevails.
